We are located near Red Deer, AB, but can offer virtual bookkeeping services across Canada. As a small business owner ourselves, we love working with fellow small business and seeing them succeed. We also offer outsourced bookkeeping for companies maybe needing just a little help catching up but don't need a monthly bookkeeper. Getting started
- Meet to discuss type of business and accounting system
- Start or take over QuickBooks file
- Organize and input existing transaction to current date
On-going support
- Categorize monthly transactions in QuickBooks
- Account reconciliations
- Optional add-ons: invoicing, accounts payable, income categorization, basic payroll & payroll remittances, T4s & T4 summaries, etc.
- Financial reports emailed monthly to client
- Serve as liaison between client & accountant throughout year

After the first couple months of working together—once things are set up/cleaned up and we have a good idea of the work required—we will agree on whether you'd like to continue with an hourly-billing, or switch to a fixed monthly rate so you always know how much you’ll pay each month.
